Shipping Information

Shipping Policy:

A street address is required for delivery. If you have special delivery instructions, please make sure to notate those during the checkout process. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Items are normally shipped UPS or common carrier. Via phone orders, you may request express delivery, which takes 2-3 business days, for an additional charge.

Free Shipping on Orders over $299
Orders that have a subtotal of $299.00 and above are eligible for free shipping if they are within the contiguous 48 states. Other locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other countries outside of the U.S., including the U.S. Territories and Outlying Areas will incur a shipping charge to be determined after the order is placed.
Orders for large equipment may be subject to Accessorial Charges etc. including, but not limited to Lift Gate Fee, Inside Delivery Fee and/or Residential Fee.

Free shipping for orders within the 48 contiguous states receive UPS ground shipping. If customer wishes to have faster shipping, that will be an additional charge. Please contact our customer service representatives if you wish to have faster shipping.  Free shipping does not include Accessorial Charges etc. including, but not limited to Lift Gate Fee, Inside Delivery Fee and/or Residential Fee.

Mozo Free Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges*
Free Shipping for Mozo Shoes is only applicable for the 48 continental US States. Locations including Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries will incur shipping charges.  
Free one time Return and/or Exchange are for unworn shoes placed within 30 days.

Order Processing:

Processing time for in-stock items is approximately 2 business days (see Drop Shipping section for non-stock item information). Business days are classified as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note: Delivery times do not include processing time so be sure to take those days into account when figuring ordering and delivery time.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors do occur, and we will do our best to notify our customers if there is ever a price or item discrepancy after their order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately, and provide you the option to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel your order and provide an immediate refund. Drop Shipping:

To make prices cheaper for you, we don’t stock some items in our warehouse inventory. Instead, we use the manufacturer’s stock and have them sent directly to you from their warehouse. This does not cost you anything extra; however, this does mean your processing time may be extended. Once you place your order, we immediately contact the manufacturer and depending on their stock and location, the shipping time may change. Please be aware of this when you order and if you have any questions regarding if an item is drop shipped, contact us via live chat or call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-458-1716.

Below each item’s picture, you will find a shipping icon that informs you as to when to expect this item to ship out. Some items ship from our warehouse, and others ship directly from the manufacturer. These time frames are as close of estimates as we can offer. Additional time can be incurred from unseen obstacles such as a backordered product, the manufacturer is out of stock, etc; however, these time frames are typically an accurate idea of when your items will ship out. Please note these are time frames for when the item will ship and does not include delivery time. Quick Ship – If a product has this icon below its picture, this means that it is typically in our warehouse. If your order is placed before 2pm (CT) then your order will be processed and shipped within two days. Occasionally, items are on backorder and are not in our warehouse, for those items, there is a possibility that they will take additional time to reach you. As soon as those items reach our warehouse they will be shipped out to you.

Ships in 3-5 Days, Ships in 5-7 Days, Ships in 7-10 Days – If a product states any of these three time frames then that is the time frame the manufacturer’s provide to us. These items are typically drop ship items which means that when we receive your order, it will be passed on to the manufacturer and it will ship directly to you from their warehouse. The difference in time depends on their processing and shipping. For the longer wait periods, it often means that manufacturers don’t have much overstock and products are produced when the order is received.

NOTE: Chemicals cannot be shipped to locations requiring air travel. This includes Hawaii, and countries outside of the US and Canada.
