Order Processing

Processing time for in-stock items is approximately 2 business days (see Drop Shipping section for non-stock item information). Business days are classified as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note: Delivery times do not include processing time so be sure to take those days into account when figuring ordering and delivery time.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors do occur, and we will do our best to notify our customers if there is ever a price or item discrepancy after their order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately, and provide you the option to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel your order and provide an immediate refund. Refunds and Returns

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Public Kitchen Supply strives to have the best customer service possible. We understand that sometimes a purchase is not what you were expecting or does not fit your needs. We also understand that you are shopping solely based on images and descriptions of items. When an item turns out to be a bit different from what you expected, we want to work with you as best as possible.

Our return policy is as follows: Most items that are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund; however, any used or unsellable products cannot be returned for a refund nor an exchange. Please note: some returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

For items that the customer has ordered the wrong item or they no longer need the item, the customer assumes the return shipping charges. If the item was damaged during shipment and that is the reason for the return, Public Kitchen Supply assumes responsibility for the return shipping charges.

Return Process: If you are unhappy with your purchased item and you qualify for a return, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-458-1716 or email us at to start the return process. You may be asked to provide pictures or complete additional steps to ensure the product’s condition. Once you’ve received approval for a return or exchange, we will provide you with an RMA number. Without the RMA number we cannot process your return.

Defective Items: If you are experiencing problems with a purchased product (i.e.: defective, missing pieces, damaged, etc.) please contact our customer service department at 1-800-458-1716 for receiving a replacement. Your product may be covered under warranty and we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty information.

Product Availability

Product availability varies day-to-day. Availability is often dependent upon manufacturer selection. Some products on our website are drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer while others are stocked physically in our warehouse in Lee's Summit, MO. If a product is not in our warehouse, we immediately contact our manufacturer and request the product. Sometimes there will be a delay in receiving the product from the manufacturer, as some products are made-to-order, requiring the manufacturer to produce the product upon receiving your order. When this happens, our customer service team does their best to contact our customer and inform them of this delay. They then are offered the option to wait for the product, switch to a like-product, or cancel their order and receive a refund.

Rarely, there will be instances when a product is no longer available from the manufacturer as manufacturers often discontinue one product to produce another product. As this happens on a regular basis, we may have the old product still on our website until a customer orders the product and we are then notified by the manufacturer. We do our best to catch these older models, but sometimes some products are missed. We will contact our customer when this occurs for how to proceed with their order.

Product Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD and all orders are processed in USD. International customers may incur a conversion charge. Errors do occur, and we will do our best to notify our customers if there is ever a price or item discrepancy after their order is placed. For sale items, product availability at the sale price is extremely limited. If a sale product is purchased, and it exceeds our stock, we reserve the right to sell what stock we have at the sale price and will attempt to acquire the remainder of the order for our normal non-sale price for our customer. They will have the right to cancel the non-sale price portion of their order if they wish. Product Images

As images are mostly obtained from manufacturers, some items do not have exact images of them. We do our best to acquire exact images so our customers know exactly what they are purchasing, but often it is not possible. Therefore, pictures are not always as accurate as we would like or may include additionally pieces or accessories to enhance the look or show how the product is meant to be used. We strive to obtain the best image possible but often it is difficult to get the exact image for all 10000+ products we have on our site. For example, with equipment, we are often provided one image for entire series of sizes as it is simply sizing that differs among the models.

For this reason, please be sure to read the descriptions of the items, consult the titles, the features section, and the specification sheets as those will give you the best representation of each item. As always, our customer service team welcomes questions regarding clarification of product and would be happy to answer any questions regarding details of an item to better help you, our customer, receive the correct product you are wanting to purchase.

Shipping Policy

A street address is required for delivery. If you have special delivery instructions, please make sure to notate those during the checkout process. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Items are normally shipped UPS or common carrier. Via phone orders, you may request express delivery, which takes 2-3 business days, for an additional charge.

Free Shipping on Orders over $299 Orders that have a subtotal of $299.00 and above are eligible for free shipping if they are within the contiguous 48 states. Other locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other countries outside of the U.S., including the U.S. Territories and Outlying Areas will incur a shipping charge to be determined after the order is placed.

Free shipping for orders within the 48 contiguous states receive UPS ground shipping. If customer wishes to have faster shipping, that will be an additional charge. Please contact our customer service representatives if you wish to have faster shipping.

Mozo Free Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges* Free Shipping for Mozo Shoes is only applicable for the 48 continental US States. Locations including Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries will incur shipping charges.

Shipping Icons

Below each item’s picture, you will find a shipping icon that informs you as to when to expect this item to ship out. Some items ship from our warehouse, and others ship directly from the manufacturer. These time frames are as close of estimates as we can offer. Additional time can be incurred from unseen obstacles such as a backordered product, the manufacturer is out of stock, etc; however, these time frames are typically an accurate idea of when your items will ship out. Please note these are time frames for when the item will ship and does not include delivery time. Quick Ship – If a product has this icon below its picture, this means that it is typically in our warehouse. If your order is placed before 2pm (CT) then your order will be processed and shipped within two days. Occasionally, items are on backorder and are not in our warehouse, for those items, there is a possibility that they will take additional time to reach you. As soon as those items reach our warehouse they will be shipped out to you.

Ships in 3-5 Days, Ships in 5-7 Days, Ships in 7-10 Days – If a product states any of these three time frames then that is the time frame the manufacturer’s provide to us. These items are typically drop ship items which means that when we receive your order, it will be passed on to the manufacturer and it will ship directly to you from their warehouse. The difference in time depends on their processing and shipping. For the longer wait periods, it often means that manufacturers don’t have much overstock and products are produced when the order is received.
